Slowly Exiting Club 40

I have a little over four months to go before AARP calls. Until then, I'm going to set four 40s goals:
1. FIT - dust off the treadmill, buy some cross trainers and go)
2. FOCUS - keep my eyes on the prize... a workout w/Dolvett!
3. FASHIONABLE - move from frumpy to fabulous
4. FUN - it's Zumba time!

Hello Sparking Buddy! I am running on fumes lately. Just thought I’d drop by with a quick update. I moved 7 days ago. I am living out of bags and boxes right now. Pest control is coming today because I think the pervious tenants had a problem with fleas or something. I am pretty maxed out emotionally. My food choices haven’t been the best—I am drinking plenty of H20 and getting LOTS of exercise. I hope to be back into my normal routine very soon. I don’t have internet at home yet.


Tell me how you’ve been doing.

I hope to feel a bright a sunny day and smell the flowers soon.
