New Life

I've been a SP member since 2008. Like most people, I've been on the roller coaster going up and down over the last several years. Even with that being said though having SP in my life has had me looking better now as an adult than I ever did as a teenager. I never stray too far away. :)

I am now 26 years old. I'm a single mother of an amazing 6 year old little boy named Tyler. He keeps me on my toes and gives me something meaningful to live for. I've had a lot of life changing ...

Thanks for stopping by my blog - the vegetarian plan is actually very easy - I'm doing this for my grand daughter who is allergic to dairy, soy, eggs, and now gluten so she is limited. I hoped by eating this way as well she will know it is ok and together we can make healthy taste good. so I would say if you are on the fence about it - just try it for 10 days and see how you feel - I do still have chicken and fish once a week - well it's been 10 days and I only had a small amount of chicken tonight - but I consider my first 10 days a great success, and I've dropped 5 lbs so far so an added bonus because I've been on a plateau for a while now. good luck and keep on inspiring! looks like you are doing great!
