July 3, 2012 One and one half years of sparking and I'm getting fit. One of my goals has been to hike to the top of the mountain you see here on my page. Last time I was at the top was in 1998. I'm headed to Norway next week and to the top. Photos posted later!

October 2011 I'm not the person that I used to be!

November 2010- I have intended to lose weight for several years. Well, the pounds kept increasing... from 10 to 20 to 30 to 40.... NO MORE! The wake-up call has come and the journey has begun!

5% Challenge Exercise:
-Cardio dvd and/or walking fives times per week for 60 minutes
-Strength training dvd T,Th, Sa for 60 minutes

Hi! I'm Kristi and I'm 58 years old. I'm married and have two daughters, ages 23 and 21. I work part-time for nine months of the year. July through September are my free months which gives me plenty of time for gardening and other outdoor activities.
