Fourteen years ago I gave birth to my son. It took me about 5 years to lose 30 pounds and reach a goal of 130 pounds. I spent 2-to-3 of those years on Weight Watchers, slowly watching portion sizes, gradually weaning myself from mindless snacking throughout the day (which had been attributed mainly to "boredom" at that time) and just feeling better overall in regards to my eating habits. From 2008 to 2009 I fell off the wagon and regained 20 pounds so I'm now trying to lose those pounds again and to maintain that weight once I reach the goal. I am 5'6" and my ideal goal weight is either 130 or 125 pounds, depending on how I look and feel at the higher of the two.
2015 update: fell off the wagon again in 2013. Looking toward 2016 with intentions to get back on the wagon and maintain health and fitness goals.
In addition to the weight loss, I'd like to become more physically fit.

Physical fitness, healthier eating habits, maintaining once I lose weight.
Consume fruits and/or veggies each day, get outdoors a few times a week and do something relatively active, watch my snack intake, drink lots of water.
