N'attends pas!
I am not waiting any more! Its time for change and time to live my life for me! I've joined spark people before and i've been 'watching what i eat' for nearly 3 years now. In 2011 I sucessfull lost the weight I wanted to, but after moving back to my parents house it all crept back and now I am worse than where I started! But the Erkka point has hit! I am taking control and its only me I have been cheating!

My Goals:
I am going to fit into that pair of jeans I had to 'pack away for the winter' that have been packed away a bit too long now! I am going to follow the 10% rule - Eat 10% less, Exercise 10% more, Lose 10%! I am taking small steps to tackle the big mountain! Adding one at a time. I will drink at least 2 liters of water a day. I will take the stairs at every opportunity. I will not drink soda during the week. I will listen to at least one good, happy song every morning. I will find a quote thats motivational for me everyday. I will track everything i eat. I will do cardio at least five times a week. I will do strength training three times a week. When I fall off, I won't give up, I will get straight back on - without beating myself up for it.
