Determined to start and keep good habits

2011 will be the year of CONSISTENCY!!!

I'm determined to find a balance between work, life, better eating habits, and regular fitness activity.

In the past I was always active but more in a team atmosphere, I love being active and have now started boot camp and love it!

My Goals:
Consistency! 2011 Will be the year of consistency. the last 6 months of 2010 I was able to get my feet wet in fitness, healthy eating a minimum of 80% each week. I love how I feel when I'm working this plan. 2011 will be the year I'm consistent and this is my lifestyle.

Completed two 5k's in 2010. 2011 to complete two 5k's and one 10k.

5k's completed - 3/11 & 7/11
10k set for ?




My Program:
ST minimum of 2x week.

Have been switching around on cardio. Time to make a new commitment.

Cardio 4 x a week. Running, spinning, kick boxing, & Zumba

furry children only, 3 dogs and a cat

Proverbs 10:4 "No Breaks" Saw this on the back of a runners shirt. I didn't know the verse so of course I looked it up as soon as I could....Lazy people are soon poor; hard workers get rich.

In response to your question: I usu. break the exercise between morning (an hour long fitness class or Zumba) and evening 4:15 pm or later classes & ST.
