I would like to lose at least 150lbs, be healty and fit. Also, I'd like to be better equipted to meet my goals and also have a better self-esteem leading to more confidence and a better quality of life.

My Program:
I plan to eat healthier, count calories, and exercise daily. I want to make small changes that will lead to a healthier lifestyle and successful weight loss.

My nameis Debbie wife to Larry for 30 years. We have 3 wonderful children ages 26, 27 and 29. We live in Amish country of PA where I have my own business driving amish anywhere they want to go.
