Re-inventing myself again with a Re-NEWed SPARK!

Over the last several years, I have been taking care of everyone else at my own expense & have been feeling burnt out as the weight has piled on again. I am making a renewed commitment to take care of myself again.

I am a 49 year old who keeps busy with a full time career that thankfully gives me the opportunity to work from home, a husband of 22 years who I appreciate more with each passing year, 2 fabulous teenagers who I learn from every day, supportive friends & general good ...

I am reinventing myself again. I yearn to feel fit, lean, energetic & healthy, remain happy, be grateful, adopt small permanent changes, be disciplined, be mindful of what I eat, recognize how I feel, manage stress better, protect my time, feel comfortable in my clothing, travel, someday start my own business & embrace the moment.

I hope to "spread the spark" to others in the process...

My market isn't as classy. :) I'm a member of a Farmer's Market. I make handmade herbal soaps and salves which I sell at markets, festivals, gift shops, and my online shop. And yes I'm struggling to stay in the 180s and get below. That's my main goal this 5% Challenge is to get down to the low 180s and even below. One good decision after another and we'll both get there! :)
