I love to see so many people using SparkPeople to reach all types of goals. Each new success story we see motivates us to keep making the site better. Thanks to all of you - and our great team - SparkPeople has turned into a grassroots movement that is spreading around the world!

SparkCheers!

SparkPoints: 56,882

Fitness Minutes: 44,428

My Goals:
1) Working on my new and improved fitness streak! I'm currently at 170 days, headed towards 200 if I can! (remember, this isn't extreme - I only need 10 minutes to keep the streak alive)

2) Make SparkPeople into a company that helps millions of people (I'm the Founder and CEO of the company and am passionate about helping people reach their goals!).

My Program:
I do a well-rounded fitness program that I can fit into a very hectic lifestyle (having a young company and 2 young boys is challenging!) - most of my fitness program can be done at home. This includes cardio, strength (mostly pushups, crunches, lunges, body squats, and other body weight exercises), sprints and jump rope, stretching, and tennis-specific practice.

My wife helps me eat fairly healthy and I help motivate her on fitness - we're a good team!

Personal Information:
I live with my wonderful wife Karina in the San Francisco Bay Area (even though SparkPeople is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and that will always be my hometown).

Other Information:
My wife Karina and I have 2 young and active boys. I love seeing them mimic my exercise. Some of our best quality time is exercising together, they love exercising - especially bouncing on a mini-trampoline.

Good morning, how is the family?
I am doing fine. So is mom and dad.
The Loving/Hating pizza letter is interesting.
I know how you feel. I do that too when I eat too much.
I am trying to do only one or two slices myself.
(Once in a while it is ok).
Question, how are you with guys and their kids?
I am dating a guy also named Chris.
He is sweet and his teen boys are not bad either.
How do I keep the connection between the boys going?
And how do I sneak exercise in when I am visiting?
There house is full of junk food I am trying to avoid.
Thanks for reading the questions.
Have a good day my friend. Holly emoticon

I was on my Samsung tablet syncing my Fit Bit, adding my daily miles, because the app doesn't have a period I could not add .35 miles for the day it added 35 miles I did not do. I would like to know if 35 miles can be removed from my tally. Please fix the app, being disabled I can't even walk one mile a day let alone 35. I will not be using the android app again. Thank you for your help. emoticon emoticon

Hey, Spark Guy! I wondered if you knew why suddenly there are videos, articles, and ads touting the benefits of corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, and diet soda on Spark People? It feels kind of icky. Please, consider stopping this.
