Keep moving and don't look down

I have been a spark member since 2006. I have to say that this has been the most effective weight tracking tool that I have ever used. Yet all this time I have been reluctant to be totally committed to it. Maybe that speaks to my weight loss itself.

I want to look at myself in the mirror or pictures and say this is me. This is the real me. I am really proud of myself.

Get a haircut at the salon

-Lose 90 pounds.
Get a pedicure and manicure at the salon with friends.

-LOSE 100 POUNDS.
Shop for a few new outfits.

The best thing you can do for others is love yourself enough to be healthy.

My Program:
Use a meditation audio to help get restful sleep and relax.

Use spark people to track my calories in.

Use my pedometer to gauge how many steps I am taking each day.

Challenge myself to new activities.

Use the spark blog as a check in for my emotions.

Use Wii fit as another way to measure progress.

Go to activities that nurture emotional well being.
