Keep moving and don't look down

I have been a spark member since 2006. I have to say that this has been the most effective weight tracking tool that I have ever used. Yet all this time I have been reluctant to be totally committed to it. Maybe that speaks to my weight loss itself.

I want to look at myself in the mirror or pictures and say this is me. This is the real me. I am really proud of myself.

Acknowledge my feelings before destructive eating happens (so at least I realize what is causing or the source of the binge eating)
