I want to lose about 35lbs. and start back to jogging at least 12 miles per week.
I make sensible choices in my foods...try to stay low carb and jog 3 times per week.
I've been married for 12 years and hope to get my husband on a program too. My son has a bit of a weight problem just like his parents but he is getting his under control with sports.

Saw on your huddle that you need some support. Keep your chin up and focus on your goal! I know it is hard and very discouraging at times, but you can do it. You have once before. Good luck and prayers to you.
Glad you are back to acheiving your weight loss goals! Guess what, you've done it before and you can do it again! You know it takes and it's okay that you've strayed, we all do from time-to-time. You made the best choice...pick yourself up and start again!
Don't give up ,it can be discouraging but there could be many reasons you gained, but just keep at it, it will come off,remember this is a life style and you will have up and downs hang in there you will get there, UNLESS YOU GIVE UP,, wishing you the best share
