By the time I am 50 I want to have gained a significant amount of muscle. I want to have the energy, strength and peace of mind to enjoy my grandkids, travel, and have new exciting experiences. My long term goal is to enter my 50's healthy, balanced and strong!

This year I will learn to eat simply and healthily. I will get my body fat down to a healthy range and learn how to stay there. I will put time into learning new foods and recipes that I can enjoy for long term health. I will weight train consistently and train for my best 10K ever.

-Wear size 15/16 jeans MET April 2007
-Weigh 180 by Sun Run MET April 13 2007
-Oct. 1 2007 weigh 168 and be the smallest I have been in 2 years. MET October 1, 2007 (now size 11/12)
*bought NEW clothes!*
November 7th : 159 lbs MET
December 5th : 150 lbs MET and wear size 29 "meg" jeans.
By January 1 :I will wear every single one of my cute T-shirts which now roll right up my stomach. (MET - almost every shirt fits nice and NO rolling up my tummy )

By November 1st I will be in my goal range 134-137lbs.

By April 2008, I will have learned to maintain my goal weight and buy new clothes.

As it is almost St. Patrick's Day (Monday 17th) I decided as I'm not on site much anymore and not posting, that I would drop by to wish all those friends who support and encourage me, people who take time to leave comments on my page and/or blog and those that message me
A HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY & a great weekend.
