My Goals:
I would really like to get to a healthy weight so that I can look and feel good. I am trying to do this before our cruise that we have planned in December.
My Program:
I have a spark buddy and we are tracking our food every day, which is helpful and we are also keeping each other motivated to exercise at least 5 days a week.
