Looking for weight loss buds!
Hi I am excited to be here and back on track to my fitness goals. Always looking for a few good friends to help eachother along the way. I really enjoy exercising, but have a hectic lifestyle with two kids, full-time job, sometimes travel, and lots of interests. I am optimistic to reach my goals in 2008 and looking forward to gettting to know more about you.

My Goals:
Be healthy and happy. Be at a healthy BMI and weight. Have tons of energy for family, friends, fun, work, etc.
My Program:
More vegetables, less process foods, more water, less diet pepsi. Cardio and strength training.

I live in a Metrowest suburb of Boston. I have two kids who are 11 and 5 and a golden retriever.
