Healthy and fit: I can do this!
Hi everyone! This is day one of my new, healthy eating and exercise plans (6/18/08). I'm kind of excited about this. I'm not quite sure what I'm doing right now, because I have just logged into my new sparkpage and I still have to read what I'm supposed to do to get to my goal, which is apparently 8 lbs. away. Even though I have already lost 37lbs. I started to stray from my good eating habits and needed more help to achieve my goal. I want to be healthy and fit this time, with ...
Hi everyone! This is day one of my new, healthy eating and exercise plans (6/18/08). I'm kind of excited about this. I'm not quite sure what I'm doing right now, because I have just logged into my new sparkpage and I still have to read what I'm supposed to do to get to my goal, which is apparently 8 lbs. away. Even though I have already lost 37lbs. I started to stray from my good eating habits and needed more help to achieve my goal. I want to be healthy and fit this time, with permanent good eating habits. Never to stray again. Wish me luck. On April 17, 2009 I got serious after yo yoing once again. This time I was determined to reach my goal. I finally reached my goal on 7/7/09 and even went below it. I got down to 139. I'm so much happier!
