Each day I try to do something positive toward taking better care of myself. Today I did my physical therapy exercises and am getting my water bottle ready for the work day. I now have a riser on my desk at work and am standing more. This evening I am going to a seminar about foods for harnessing the power of the hormones and picking better foods for calorie burning. Tomorrow will take care of itself but I am still making plans for some good choices then too.
