I'm a 49-year-old, soon-to-be empty nester who has decided it's time to start taking care of me. I'm an overweight T2 diabetic with high cholesterol (although it is coming down with meds) and high blood pressure (also controlled with meds). I would love to look better, more importantly get off some of my meds, and most importantly FEEL BETTER.
