Still building the program and welcome to ideas but overall it's"
- tracking food intake
- planning food and snacks (zone-based approach)
- tracking calories via WW
- walking 3m/4-5 days per week
- finding a way to make realistic choices (i.e. can't say no to cake forever)
- focus on natural and seasonal foods when possible.
- starting a (healthy not crazy) detox on Sept10
