Time for me now.....
Hi, My name is Autumn...I found this site and marvel at all the
positive things that are offered here..I need to regroup and start to help myself get feeling better w/ exercise and watching my foods....I have three herniated discs and a sacroialiac problem as well...so need to get that straightened around so I can be more active...and enjoy life....
We, my husband and family love the outdoors...he hunts and so do I..but I hunt antiques and he hunts deer etc..
