Changing for ME...
Hello all! I recently picked up the book "The Spark"and was instantly hooked! I've read several weight loss books but this one actually made me feel like I could make a change...that it is positive. I'm baby-stepping my way thru this change. I've tried in the past and failed...& I think that's because I wanted to lose weight overnight....LOL sooo starting small... Cardio and cutting out JUNK
Personal Information:
I'm 30 and in Graduate School! I'm trying to do things for ME now since I've gotten divorced I've realized that I spent a lot of time helping his career and life...not my own. Instead I just got more and more sad. SOOO I'm making a change. :)
