Sparticus' Journey

I am a 48 year old PE teacher that experiences a weight roller coaster every year. Lose in the beginning of the year, gain back in the last half, starting with summer when I'm not teaching. I started the Sparkpeople journey last year, lost weight, and left the program, and lost my way. I'm back again to see if I stick with it all year.

G'day Coach. Glad to see another guy here in the accountability team. A friend of mine knows that I have been without an accountability partner since i joined and suggested you may want to partner up. To be honest i'm not sure how the partnering thing works but since I have been in the group I have received unbelievable support and have maintained my goals and achievements with their great support. So if you're interested in holding another accountable, just holler. All the best mate, kia kaha! Be strong.
