hello this is sparkle spangle im back after been away so long from this syte,i fell of the wagon but ive got myself back on the wagon,at the mo i weigh 182,and i need to lose at least 30to get to the size i want which is 154,i used to play football for a girls team but they ave all parted now ,I go to zumba once a week which is every wedensday evening an I find it good fun and we have a laugh too,
keeping motivated,increase water intake,exercise @least once a day,need to work on this one :)
walk every day ,eat as healthy as I can ,make sure I have my five veg n fruit a day drink at least 8 glasses of water
im from cleveland in england,live with my partner,teenager daughter,
love been on computer,enjoy tv when i get to watch ,love shopping,reading,writing,and socialising with friends n family.going to zumba every week
