hello this is sparkle spangle im back after been away so long from this syte,i fell of the wagon but ive got myself back on the wagon,at the mo i weigh 182,and i need to lose at least 30to get to the size i want which is 154,i used to play football for a girls team but they ave all parted now ,I go to zumba once a week which is every wedensday evening an I find it good fun and we have a laugh too,
keeping motivated,increase water intake,exercise @least once a day,need to work on this one :)
walk every day ,eat as healthy as I can ,make sure I have my five veg n fruit a day drink at least 8 glasses of water

love been on computer,enjoy tv when i get to watch ,love shopping,reading,writing,and socialising with friends n family.going to zumba every week

Just stopping by to wish all my friends from Inching Away a safe and happy holiday. Hope you all enjoyed it. I also hope you are all still motivated to move forward. We are entering a difficult season - back to school, thanksgiving, halloween, christmas, new years. So many parties and reasons to eat eat eat. I personally also have a tonne of birthdays this time of year. Remain focused. You can do this. You are worth it. Keep in mind, you can enjoy some of your favorites, just do it in moderation. Be mindful of what you are eating, and how much, and be sure to get in some extra exercise, and you will be fine.
