hello this is sparkle spangle im back after been away so long from this syte,i fell of the wagon but ive got myself back on the wagon,at the mo i weigh 195,and i need to lose at least 46to get to the size i want which is 149,i play football on thursday night for 2 hours ,i also started goin to gym to do abit of fat burning and ive finally started to go swimming for two hours every fortnight with my friends i also join in aqorobics in the pool which i enjoy very much.i went to special olympics ...

Just stopping by to wish all my friends from Inching Away a safe and happy holiday. Hope you all enjoyed it. I also hope you are all still motivated to move forward. We are entering a difficult season - back to school, thanksgiving, halloween, christmas, new years. So many parties and reasons to eat eat eat. I personally also have a tonne of birthdays this time of year. Remain focused. You can do this. You are worth it. Keep in mind, you can enjoy some of your favorites, just do it in moderation. Be mindful of what you are eating, and how much, and be sure to get in some extra exercise, and you will be fine.
