Hi. I am out looking at Sparkpeople pages and came across yours. I thought I'd tell you about a walking club in your area (if you like walking). The events are NOT "fund raisers" they are stricktly for fun. They are family oriented and untimed. Most walks are pet allowed.

Hello Spambie

Love your photos of your pet baby. Welcome to the Boot Camp Team.

Just stopping in to say "howdy" and introduce myself. I also quit smoking - will be three years this September. Started a two year round of HRT then and didnt want to worry about cancer and blood clots. It was tough but if you're ready it will happen.

And like everything else..if you fall off the smoking wagon just get back up and start again. My girlfriend quit thirty times in one year! *LOL* She just got back "on the horse" every time. She has been smoke free for a year now. *S*

This is your battle and you'll need to fight it on your terms and in your time. If you need support...you know where to find me.
