It's A New Year!
Mid-forties mother of 2 active teenagers and happily married. My goal is to get control of my personal health, since as a busy mom that is burning the wick at both ends, makes time for everyone else, except for myself. I also want to look good when I drop my daughter off at college this fall, but more importantly look good in a bathing suit this summer! It is about time I made time for myself!!!

My Goals:
Look and feel great before family vacation (bikini - just maybe).
Lose weight and get control of my health. I want to eliminate one pill container (I have a AM and PM containers . . . I feel like I am 100 yrs old!)
Move my daughter into college this fall and look good doing it!

Finally getting my money's worth for my gym membership.
Take care of myself, finally. HAVE FUN! Starting playing racquetball - what a great way to work through the stress!!

Personal Information:
TX girl. Grew up in the city, but raised in the country. I can drive a tractor, have been hunting, rounded up cattle, ride horses, but also enjoy city life - broadway, travel abroad, wine tasting & concerts. I enjoy the best of both worlds. Guess I am a sophisticated red-neck?? ha, ha
Other Information:
I love to TRAVEL!! Favorite country is Russia - never imagined I would ever be walking through this country in my lifetime!
