My Goals:
Go to sleep same time as my husband and not stay up alone and binge. Also lose 60 lbs in 2013.

This includes going to the gym at least 5 days a week, and lowering my cholesterol.

My Program:
Go to the gym, keep calories below 1500 a day, and eliminate junk food and sugary food.

Other Information:
My new program is Body for Life. The plan has been to eat 1217 calories a day, 122 grams of protein and carbs, and 28 grams of fat.

I try to exercise twice a week with a trainer, which I have done faithfully since Feb. and do cardio an hour a day 4 times a week.
