Although I've lost about 50 lbs already, I can't seem to get past this point...have been working at it for 3-4 years and the weight just won't budge....

My Program:
Exercise as much as possible by walking, gazelle-ing, toning with fitness ball, aerobics videos. Eat healthier and try to avoid sweets. Drink at least 96 oz of water daily.

Personal Information:
I live in MN. Married 23 yrs, 3 kids (20, 18, 5), work full time.

Other Information:
My favorite TV show is The Dog Whisperer. I am fascinated with Cesar's ability to rehabilitate dogs. I also enjoy watching Hannah Montana with my 4YO. I am learning a lot about clothes and what should look good on me from Stacey and Clinton--What Not to Wear.

Hi the fat flush recipe is from the First Mag for this month. hurry and get it its interesting. however, it says you can do daily following their plan and lose 1 lb a day or just do 2 times a week. I make one each morning with my breakfast. I like it cuz its natural and fresh stuff. I am actually noticing a difference in my skin and all with the juicing I am doing.
