It's time for me to take care of me. I have gotten so wrapped up in my family that I have put me on the back burner. I have been plus sized since I was a child. I can still hear my mother telling me , when I was 16, "Oh, its just baby fat, you'll loose it soon." Well I'm 32 and the baby fat has turned into overweight nd unhealthy! I have a beautiful daughter and I don't want this to be her fate. I don't want her to have to go thru the teasing and ungliness that I went thru as a child and young adult.
I am not unhappy and thru the grace of God I don't have any health problems, YET! I don't want that "yet" to become a reality. I want to know what thin feels like. I want to do this to prove to myself that I CAN DO THIS! I want to look in the mirror and not say "YUCK!" but say " Damn girl, you are sexy!!"
I have goals and each pound that I have gotten rid of, gets me closer to my victory. I am ready to be out of the 200+club FOREVER!!!!!!!! I have read books, joined sites, spent money andthen, I realized that I wasn't ready to change. It wasnt that it was one "fad" diet after another, it was the fact that If I had done more research and more soul searching, I would have found out who I was sooner. I would have learned, sooner, that there is no such thing as a diet. Diet is the food we eat. What we eat and how MUCH we eat is the key. Add weights, mix in some cardio, plus a side of discipline, motivation, knowledge and perseverance and you have yourself a Healthy Lifestyle Change! This is my time, this is THE time!

*Walk 7 Days a Week
*Very Brisk Cardio Workout 5-6 days a week
*Strength/Weight Training 4 days a week (full body)
*PROJECT MAYHEM Challenges 2-3 times a week.
