My bones must be made of lead....

People have always thought I weigh less than I actually do.

This last year the scale hasn't budged either, but I've lost more than a pants size.

History:
Before Nov 2007 sedentary: a tight size 16
Nov 2007: joined YWCA
Jan 2008: lost 8 lbs
Mar 2008: lost 20 lbs: a tight size 14
Oct 2009: a loosely fitting size 12

Now I'm aiming for size 10....

Hubby is happy with me. :)

My Goals:
Right now...? Size 10! After that I can work towards a size 8. The smallest size I've been in since hitting puberty was a size 8 fitting really, really tight.

I wanna be fit, flexible and agile. People who are fit are able to move nice. I'd like to be that way, too.

My Program:
Wake up at 5:45AM, leave the apt at 6:05AM, in the gym at 6:15AM. BodyFlow, BodyPump, sometimes Yoga. Random weight lifting and cardio.

Trying to do 10,000 steps a day 7 days a week.

Personal Information:
2 arms, 2 legs, 2 eyes, 2 ears, but only one mouth and one nose. fancy that! ;)

30-day shred is a Jillian Michaels DVD exercise program. There are 3 levels of workouts and each workout has 3 circuits of 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abdominal work with one minute each of warmup and cool down. The idea is that you do each level for 10 days and in 30 days you will be "shredded". It is only 20 minutes and it is pretty fun to jump around your living room.

Yeah we all have to have a big Y time together, or something.

The problem for me is I need to find a good time to go swimming. The best would be right after work, but then the Otters have all the lanes... the pool opens up at about 6, but by then I want to go home and eat. :(

I had no idea that Alix joined the Y! cool! It's good for Mira, too-- they have great kid programs, especially for girls.

I need to get swimming! SWIMMING! I've been biking to work practically every day, which is awesome and which I love, but I won't be able to do that for much longer.

:) We need to hang out!

I bought my own skis a few years ago, so I don't have to rent them anymore.
