30-day shred is a Jillian Michaels DVD exercise program. There are 3 levels of workouts and each workout has 3 circuits of 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abdominal work with one minute each of warmup and cool down. The idea is that you do each level for 10 days and in 30 days you will be "shredded". It is only 20 minutes and it is pretty fun to jump around your living room. 2456 days ago
Yeah we all have to have a big Y time together, or something.
The problem for me is I need to find a good time to go swimming. The best would be right after work, but then the Otters have all the lanes... the pool opens up at about 6, but by then I want to go home and eat. :(
