My Goals:
Keeping working hard to improve my fitness and nutrition so that it will have a positive impact on all other areas of my life!

My Program:
 Mixing new things into my workout routine to keep it exciting - also getting outdoors for them as much as possible!

Luckily my wife loves to cook healthy meals so that helps a ton with my nutrition goals!

Personal Information:
I'm happily married (10-07) to a wonderful gal and we have a wild child pup and crazy cat that keep us entertained and moving...

Other Information:
 In my free time I can be found; doing anything outdoors, playing/watching sports, spending time with family and friends, taking my dog for a walk or hike, working (since it''s not really work to me), or cruising on my motorcycle.

Did you have anything to do with the Houston thing? Or was that random? When Nancy posted that link I thought I was going to see a convention video or something. Seeing the guy browsing my page was a trip. Very fun.

I just seen a picture of you and wanted to say THANKS! You were there several times for me throughout the day at the Convention, taking my camera to take pictures for me so that I would be in the picture! THANKS!!

I tried to figure out how to find my ID#, but gave up and listed my Spark People name, as I saw some others.

Can you explain how I can find my ID#?
