    hey gurl,

    Try to take one thing at a time ~ do not beat yourself too much....

    Choose one thing and work on it... when you are good with it, then move to the next .. that's what I am trying to do.... Tackle on your eating habit first ~ first of all, do not completely cut off your salt intake ~ you still require minerals which some of it ~ if you want to cut it to the very minumum then you must start taking sea food.....

    Another mistake i have noticed ~ we totally cut everything off from our diet and at the end of the day, we will definitely crave for it and will crave even more..... that's another thing that I am trying to fix...

    ~ how's is it going with you ~ its already our 3rd Day ~~ surprisingly, I am feeling good and am actually waiting to do some sort of exercise and to keep on moving... but food, ehe he h.... still a bad one..

    yeah.... he he ... when am at the gym, the only person in my mind i YOU !!! ... :p .. i have started exercising a little but am doing weight training and some yoga... he he ... but food wise, am a little bad... working on fixing it and then i guess, the results will be there... : P
