My goal is to lose 25 pounds by December 31st 2009.
Goals this week: work out the same amount of hours that I weigh- that's 170 hours!
I'm not on a diet, but I watch what I eat and try to limit the occasional slips. Also, I had to cut my gym membership, so I'll try to workout during my lunch breaks at leats 4x/week and walk in the evenings.

I have a crazy history with losing weight. I'll get super motivated and lose about 15 pounds at the beginning of the year. By summer I start to get relaxed and gain it all back by the fall. I lost 20 pounds in 2007 year and have kept it off (which was one of my goals).
Hey gurl hi and CONGRATULATIONS on your PREGNANCY!!!! Whatever you feel like, however good or bad just keep movin gurl.(thats what i did wrong) Anyway plz feel free to look me up. Thanks for the birthday wishes darlin'. You are so gorgeous. Good for you keeping up with your fitness goals through your pregnancy. If most of us had done that instead of seeing it as a license to eat, we wouldn't be here fighting with those pounds right now
