Here's to new beginnings. Whether it's a new year, a new week, a new day or even a new hour. Taking it day by day and not going to beat myself up for should haves, could haves, would haves. Looking backwards only increases your chances of tripping. I'm looking forward.
I am a woman of faith and the Word tells us that it is God's desire for each and everyone of us to have a joyous life. With Him in my life, I know I am not alone, however, his word also tells us we are also to be in fellowship with other people to encourage, support, and rejoice with one another. So as I continue on this journey, I hope others will come and walk beside me and as much as I will be blessed, I hope I may be even more of a blessing to others.
1. Log in daily and record exercise and calories.
2. Read and post to message boards and blogs daily.
3. Maintain caloric intake range specified for 1-2 lbs per week loss.
4. Water aerobics 3-4x week.
5. Strength training with trainer 1x week.
6. Read informational or inspirational books, articles, etc. at least 15 minutes daily.
7. Attend weekly meeting with dietician led support group.
8. 7-9 hrs of sleep every night (very important!).

Thank you, THANK YOU, thank you for sharing in my good news! I really appreciate you commenting on my "And the Academy Award Goes To..." blog and celebrating this beautiful life with me. It's still hard in a way to believe this is all over and I can finally focus on other things. I believe you're doing fantastic -- love what you're doing with the trainer -- I understand what you mean (totally) about adding the extra treat, or 2nd helpings. I struggle with it all the time.
