My Goals:
~ Everyday do something active.

~ Get in control of my snacking, make positive choices.

~ Go with the flow and know there will be ups and downs.


My Program:
~ Track my calories

~ Consuming between 1200-1550 cal. a day.

~ Drinking lots of water.

~ No food after 8 p.m. only water or tea

~ Cardio : Interval run/walking, stationary bike, videos, jump rope & yoga........

~ Weight training: Jackie Warner's Power Circuit Training

~ Taking fish oil capsules, and multi-vit. daily.

~ Getting quality sleep.

~ Being kind to myself.

    hello my sweet child....

    hope all is well with you...and especially your brother. have been praying for you always. well i am recovering but slithery weak and at my age & health condition it is quite a challenge. for the moment i am reliving my childhood again, where i am either in my 'pram' wheelchair or simply been lifted from bed to chair & back. my tremors have worsened and my concentration is really low...but am trying to write to at least 2 people every day. miss all you children here. god bless and happiness always.
