Thanks for adding me as a friend. Although I've been doing really well on SP, I had a rough morning when I didn't lose anything this week. I know there will be weeks like these so I decided it was finally time to incorporate exercise and I feel much better after my walk. I need to remember, it's not always about weight loss but it is always about health. And, we seem to have something in common (the binges) and I'm sorry that therapy didn't seem to work for you. I have to tell you that it is working WONDERS for me and I'm in a much better place. If you keep having difficult, you might want to try another therapist. I know I had to "shop" around to find the one that finally hit for me. Good luck focusing on yourself, we can do it!
Thanks SOTM for adding me as a friend! I definitely identify with what you are talking about on your page here. It has been a long process to get to a point where the binges are less prevailent. I am reading "Intuitive Eating", and that has a lot of great concepts. I wouldn't have been ready for this book a year or 2 ago, but now it is something that really is sinking in.
