Hi. My name is Ditmara and I'm a yo-yo dieter.

Okay, so enough is enough. I've hit my all time high of 150lbs and I haven't been this heavy since high school. Plus, I've just realized I am a yo-yo dieter. I lose the weight only to gain it back and it is a vicous cycle. I'm trying to find a permanent solution to living healthy.

But more than anything....I just want to feel comfortable. I gain most of my weight on my stomach and it's so uncomfortable.

I joined Fitness 19 on the 4th of July and I'm going back to ...

NEW GOALS:

Small goal #1: Lose 3lbs by July 18 to get to 145lbs. Goal achieved!

Small goal #2: Lose 5lbs by August 8 to get to 140lbs.

Small goal #3: Lose 5lbs by August 29 to get to 135lbs. (Move to Scottsdale!)

Unltimate goal: Weigh 120lbs by Xmas 2011.

My Program:
NEW PROGRAM:

1. Cardio 5x a week.

2. Keep between my 1200-1550 calorie limit.

3. Strength train 3x a week.

Personal Information:
I've been struggling with my weight since I hit puberty. I don't want to get in the best shape ever....I just want to be healthy and feel comfortable in my clothes. And I want to be happy.

Other Information:
I'm at a point in my life where it's way more about how I feel rather than how I look. But it's also a little about how I look too.

Hi!!! So, how is this year starting out for you so far? Have you started going to the gym or working out at home? I had told myself I would try to loose 10 lbs by my birthday, but I have not gotten the discipline to do it. I am so overwhelmed with Henry's surgery and how I am going to take care of the girls, him and go to school. DANG!! emoticon
