so... here we go again

This is me again: Last I knew I was 20 Kg lighter and at my lowest weight ever... 3 and a half years later I've decided (again) to take action.

SP is the only place I know that has helped me reach my goals... so I'm determined to start on it again.

As of today, 19/02/2013, I weight the ashtounding amount of 87 Kg (and I've lost two!), my absolute worst since I lost a bizillion kilos back in my early twienties.... and my goal is to get back to my lowest weight ever ...

Me,... 2009 style

This is me, trying to get rid of some weight. The thing says I have to lose 14 pounds but it's 14 kilos, actually. We'll see how it goes this time around, as I'vee been succesful before but have gained a little bit of it back.

And even though i've lost about 5 or 6 kg in a couple of months still doesn't feel like it's enough of a lose, and i feel lost and tired and wanna scream and give up and i don't think it all has to do with the weight... i wanna be more open, share my feelings, my opinions... but i feel it's something i wont ever achieve, even writing this in here where nobody knows me feels dangerous somehow...

2013/01... Starting again: Lost 14 Kg... got them again with borthers and sisters,... but I'm trying again :)

My Goals:
I wanna be healthier and (to be honest) look prettier.

I wanna cut out on my sweet tooth because... well, because sweets are evil when you are attempting to lose weight ;)

I also wanna try to eat slower.

My Program:
Cut down the calories (especially coming from sweets) and increasing my fruit consumption.

What are your goals now for your third year? emoticon Do you realize that most people who joined when you did have long since quit and resolved to stay fat? Do read "Shrink Yourself" by Roger Gould, M.D. on dealing with stress and how not to regain the pounds. Also, read "The South Beach Diet" by Arthur Agatston, M.D. on Metabolic Syndrome/Insulin Resistance as he explains why belly fat is so awful for us and how to change our metabolism.
