I am starting fresh!

"TRY AGAIN. FAIL AGAIN. FAIL BETTER." - Samuel Beckett

Amazing words. No one is perfect!

Amazing words. No one is perfect!

Once you accept that, you can start to concentrate on improvement, and take pride in everyday accomplishments.

My goal in May of 2008 was to lose, lose, lose. I did lose ten pounds, but put it back. This year will be different. I am in love again, and because I've been so dizzy and happy, I haven't been watching my diet and exercise. In fact, I haven't done any exercise at home for about a year. YIKES! I've done some walking and hiking now and then, but this is going to be a banner year.

Here it is, plain and simple: I will see a change in my current weight by next month. In fact, I expect to have lost SOMETHING, ANYTHING, by Christmas.

How? By doing some kind of exercise, SOMETHING, ANYTHING, every day. If I can do 30 minutes of SOMETHING, ANYTHING, I will be on the road to success.

Wish me luck!!!
