My Goals:
I would like to lose 20lbs.more if it's easy! but my goals is 20. I am so afraid of not living a healthy life not that i have 3 stents implanted in my heart.i am on the right path , just need some support.
My Program:
even before my stent implants i was avoiding all processed foods and any thing white (sugar,flour,salt,fats)i walk everyday .
