My Goals:
Cardio 3 times/week.
Weight training 2x/week.

My Program:
I've begun cardio for 30-45 minutes Monday, Wed and Friday. I want to add on weight training on Sat. and Tues.

Other Information:
I am a fairly eclectic person with a great sense of humor and diverse interests. I am a amateur photographer, a musician in a local orchestra. I read quite a bit, from Patricia Cornwell to political non-fiction. Right now I'm reading "Literature and War: Perspectives of Israeli and Palestinian writers". Very interesting - I try to see all aspects of issues.

Hi Susan! How are you? SO nice to hear from you. I've fallen away from Sparkpeople but I still get comments. I'm probably going to participate in a medically supervised weight loss program in February. Three replacement meals plus fruit and veggies. Typical weight loss: 12-16 pounds a month. I have to get this off because I may have to begin interviewing for a job and morbid obesity doesn't look too good.

How were the holidays for you? How are your animals? emoticon
