It is time to welcome in September and Fall by turning over a new "leaf"!!! (Hahaha-- I kill me!)

Many of our members have been bus and not had much time to chat with us-- this month, we hope to see and hear from everyone on a regular basis!

Last month, we started somewhere in the hundreds and fought our way to #18!! I believe that much of our group's weight loss success was achieved by becoming sooo active in our group-- group walks, keeping up points, being responsible to someone-- and just generally having the support of everone who loves you and understands what you are trying to do with your life!!

This month, we are, as a team shooting for the #15 slot-- we are battling with states, "ethnic groups", and even whole continents!

We, as a team, plan to achieve this by exercising every day, logging both food and exercise, reading articles and emails, and keeping in touch with one another through our awesome message boards!

We invite you to please join us in our new month-- starting fresh and putting the past behind us!!

We also invite you to check out our new challenge in our message board-- called "SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE". This challenge is personal; challenging yourself, not others. You do not have to report or anything with this challenge unless you want to.
