Hello everyone.! I've finally decided to drop these pounds for good! I'm a Christian first and foremost and I know God doesn't want me living in bondage over food, so I'm not going to anymore! My motto is "Don't let your food control you. You control your food!" I've been working out regularly, I'm still just working on my motto. lol I'd love to hear from u, so drop me a line!

My Goals:
I would like to gain total control over my body and the food I put into it because I know thats the only way to have true weight loss success in the longrun.

My Program:
I'm currently finishing my 3rd week of Eating for Life. Its an excellent eating program and the food is so good that I think I will be able to stay on it for life! It has a lot of recipes for low fat versions of good food. So far, I've liked most all of the food. I get one cheat day a week, but I'm thinking of cutting it out because I feel so much better when I eat the healthy food, and I don't want all of my hard work to go to waste.

As far as excercise goes, I'm training for a marathon at the end of April 2009. I also weight train 3 times a week.

LOL...thanks...thats ok...I guess I haven't changed that part up there, but my tracker shows I am down 41. It happens to all of us :)
