Hi this is Carol from The Crock Pot Team, stopping by to say hello. We have over a dozen new recipe threads as of Jan 2011 . . . so you can find and/or post chicken recipes on the Chicken Thread, and so on.
Check out the Weight Watchers Recipe Thread . . . I don't do WW but some of those looked really, really good when I posted them . . .
There are also diabetic recipe threads, vegetarian, kid-friendly, and more located in the General Discussion section on the team page.
If you need a new recipe to try from a completely different source, click on the thread called "Linked Crockpot Recipe Websites" located at the top of team page.
Please share your recipes and experience and SparkJourney Lifestyle Changes and baby steps with us. And stop by the introduce yourself thread, chat thread, etc if you haven't already done so. Most of all, I wish you well on your SparkJourney! Carol
