Thank you for your visits to and comments on my blogs. You are on the right track - the hand stitched quilts are fantastic. My great grandmother did not have a sewing machine; each piece was carefully hand sewn. I think that makes quilts that much more special. Most contemporary quilts are machine sewn and machine quilted. It does make it faster, but it takes away much of the unique artistry each quilter puts into her or his work. I would love to see some photos of your quilting if you would post them.

Fiber - LOTS of popcorn. I have an air-popper, low calorie, filling full of fiber! =)

Protein I'm not really sure. No "easy" answer there. I will open my food journals again so you can take a look if you would like =)

Things are going alright. Still not quite back in the groove. I will do great a few days then horrible. Hoping since I am past the "stuff" for this month that things will settle. What about you?
