Oh POO!

So here I go again! I have put back on almost all the weight back on that I lost. I didn't realize that it was almost 4 years ago that I met my goal and now I am sad to see that I have to climb that mountain all over again. Sigh....but if I did it once I am sure that I can do it again but I just have to stay focused and not give up.

wanted to check in and see how you are doing. It has been a while since I have been on here. I gained 60lbs since I left although I did have a little baby boy so I can't be to upset with myself as he arrived happy and healthy.

I hope to hear you around. There is a BLC challenge coming up in a few weeks the forum to sign up opens this week. Hope to see you join as we can definately push you to work off those last few pounds.

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I means a lot to me. I think Spark is the best thing that has happend to me (diet wise) in like...well ever! I am surprised and over whelmed by all the support and motivation that has been offered by other members! Thank you soooo much!

About those "last few pounds".....let me refer you to Jillian Michaels' "Making the Cut: The 30-Day Diet and Fitness Plan for the Strongest, Sexiest You". Copy/paste the link into your browser so you can read customer reviews on Amazon.com about the book. The majority of things I hear are very, very good. People consistently report this book helped them get rid of those last stubborn pounds. I bought it, but haven't gotten it yet. As soon as I am able to post a review, I will. I can't wait! I have more than those "last few pounds" to lose, but I figure this book will only help me lose weight faster. Whatever the benefits, I'm ready!
