~Green Smoothies
~Limit sugar intake, 5g or less

~Exercise Plan  mini walks @ 10 min 3x/day
~Strength Training & love hate relationship. 1-2x/week

My healthy motivation is regularly reminding myself that healthy feels good and losing weight is like dating and marriage. All those things you did while dating don't stop once you get married (or reach goal). You have to keep that fire lit and sparks flying! ~Sookie

    Hi Sookie !! TY for hitting my page as one leadah to anothah leadah !! If you say that as it's written you will be with a Boston and surrounding area ! I am 2 hrs north of there around the greater Portland area in Maine. Water is NICE !! I have traveled quite a bit,,,, getting into a warm ocean to me is GROSS !!! I want to swim,,, not sit in a hot tub with waves. Our water is where it reaches it's most for the year ,,,it's 61 for the most part. For a few days I heard it hit 63. Wanna come up for a refreshing dip?

    WEEK 7 ALREADY !!! Hows it going for you? I started off so slowly losing. Reviewed my nutrition tracker back to the winter/spring challenges where I DID make my 5% and saw I had AGAIN Slipped to not taking in enough cals ! YIKERS when will I learn? I will. :) Not eating enough is just as bad as over eating,, actually if I recall it's quite worse. The body NEEDs the proper nutrition in order to work correctly

    Thanks for the drive by, Fellow Challenge Leader! I just got back last last night from band camp. I need to get back into a good routine! I was still able to run and I did a lot of walking and marching. I just didn't have much choice in the area of food! And that makes it hard! Have a wonderful week 6!! emoticon
