Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment.

~Green Smoothies
~Limit sugar intake, 5g or less
~Read labels
~Exercise Plan  mini walks @ 10 min 3x/day
~Strength Training & love hate relationship. 1-2x/week

My healthy motivation is regularly reminding myself that healthy feels good and losing weight is like dating and marriage. All those things you did while dating don't stop once you get married (or reach goal). You have to keep that fire lit and sparks flying! ~Sookie

If you concentrate on enjoying the flavors of the food you eat, you’ll begin to eat only when you’re truly hungry & you'll begin to stop when you feel satisfied. This “mindful eating” technique results in fewer total calories consumed because you’re paying particular attention to what you are actually eating. Be a "Mindful Eater" this week!

    Surprise, I'm back and it looks like I to am a little late to wish you a Happy Birthday and also a Happy Anniversary. emoticon I hope you had a Great double celebration! How have you been doing? I'm glad to see you're still active on SP! I'm still being active for my health (spiritually, physically and mentally) just haven't been on SP to share. I'm at 15% body fat and still weigh at 184lbs. Working to that 10% body fat goal:)
