*Never Miss a Monday
*Never Go 3 Days W/Out Exercise
*Workout at Least 3 Days A Week

My healthy motivation is regularly reminding myself that healthy feels good and losing weight is like dating and marriage. All those things you did while dating don't stop once you get married (or reach goal). You have to keep that fire lit and sparks flying! ~Sookie

for the 5% challenge 3each morning I figure out the number of carbs that are in the food I plan to eat today and then rearrange as needed.

I like your recipe for success. Committing to the 10 minutes of exercise is really effective for me, too. Often I will get much more time in on fitness than the original 10 I committed to. Packing a lunch is really important, too, and so much easier on the wallet. We are all getting thoughtful about our plans, with the Challenge about to begin. Looking forward to doing the Challenge together. emoticon
