Healthy Baby Steps
I Didn't gain it overnight. I am not going to lose it overnight. I am taking healthy baby steps. My true starting weight was 269. I am Drinking a lot of water and eating fruit, veggies, and protein. Very few desserts or sugar of any kind. Keeping my carbs to 150 grams and eating only complex carbs!

My Goals:
I am going to be a healthy and fit mom for my next generation of children(ages 2 to 25) - eat healthy. I am going to lose 117 total pounds along the way - two pounds per week! I am not going to be addicted to carbs - get rid of simple carbs.
My Program:
High protein, moderate fat (healthy fats) and reduced carbs from all natural complex sources. I am a research analyst and I have read many medical studies to determine fact from USDA fiction.
Personal Information:
I live in the middle TN area. I have lived in CA, NC, TX, and Germany too. I am happily married with 8 children ranging in age from 2 to 25!
Other Information:
God is not first on my list, He IS my list! I love music. I love to sing. I love to learn and teach. I love motivating and encouraging others!
