*FWE weekly *run 1500 mi in '10 *stay injury free *meet daily step goal w/pedometer *strength train @ least 2x weekly *get more sleep *eat clean *stop,think..then decide!!
*have a protein enriched breakfast daily *eat a rainbow colored meal @ least 1x daily *prepare a proper lunch; grabbing yogart & fruit isn't a sustainable lunch for energy burned @ work *plan dinner menus ahead & try a new recipe on the week-end * choose healthier fiber enriched snacks/limit simple carbs *track ww points daily *work out hard 6x weekly w/easy work out 1x per week *stay balanced but do the work!!
