My goal is to start living life and not just watching it pass me by.
I am looking at nutrition and value before I place it in my mouth. I am also journaling. A friend of mine said remember BLT....if you Bite it Lick it or Taste it then you need to track it. So I am doing that now. I am also getting on an exercise program.
