My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 58 lbs. I now have 52 more to go. My second goal is to lose the cigarette smoking habit. It is tough and I havent mastered it yet.
My Program:
I am following the SP guidelines to healthy eating. I read the articles, try recipes, count calories, try to eat 5 veggies a day, and drink atleast 8 cups of water..I have also joined the fitness minutes challange. It encourages you to work out more. If you haven't done it yet I urge you to join. It is very encouraging.
Personal Information:
I currently live in South Carolina with my wonderful husband. He has been a blessing in my life. I have never been as happy as I am now. I have three older sons from a previous marraige. Two are in the marines and the youngest (who is 20) is back home living with his dad.
Other Information:
My highest accomplishment will be when I quit smoking. I have tried several times and keep failing. When I a have reached my goal weight I would like to have my size 16 wedding dress re-sized so that my husband can see the woman he originally met. When we met I was at a size 10. When we married earlier this year I had gained so much weight.
